As a licensed Employment Agency, we collect sensitive personal data including:

• For Employers: Full Name, NRIC/FIN/Passport number, contact details, home address, family composition, and financial information for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass applications.
• For MDWs: Full name, passport details, biodata, employment history, medical records, and educational qualifications.
• General: Cookies and IP addresses used to improve our website's user experience.

We collect and use personal data for the following essential purposes:

• Facilitating the matching and placement of MDWs with Employers.
• Processing Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM.
• Arranging mandatory medical screenings and security bonds/insurance.
• Complying with regulatory record-keeping under the Employment Agencies Act.

We only disclose your personal data to authorized third parties involved in the employment process, such as:

• Government bodies (MOM, ICA, and relevant Embassies).
• Accredited medical clinics and insurance providers.
• Travel agencies for MDW deployment.
• We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing.

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect sensitive identifiers like NRIC and Passport numbers. This includes encrypted digital storage and restricted access protocols. Please note that in line with PDPC guidelines, NRIC numbers are used strictly for identification and verification of high fidelity, and not as public identifiers or login credentials.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or to comply with statutory requirements (typically a minimum of 7 years for EA records).
